The hotel is well-maintained and beautifully kept, has top-class stuff from the car parking attendant to the receptionists. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is light and plentiful with the best cappuccinos, fresh fruits and also the omelette. King room is new-fashioned, has a large bathroom.

It was just an optimal selection for a short stint in Franschhoek with definitely value for money. Enjoyed the fine panoramic views of the mountains that really made my stay special. Be sure to bring your own two pin plugs for charging devices.

Gorgeous and good breakfast, we did not want to leave.
Everything was well-maintained, so were ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT views of the surrounding mountains.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially sipping wine on the balcony while taking in the beautiful mountain views and having a delicious poached egg breakfast. The pool area was fantastic for some relaxation, with sun loungers that made it easy to unwind. The only hiccup was a few mosquitoes on the first day, so maybe packing some repellent would be a good idea! 😊

The Aircon was not working. We reported it and they had rooms available but did not offer even once to move us to a room that the aircon is wong. So I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH THIS HOTEL MANAGEMENT This service at this hotel is NOT a 4 star i would not give it more than 2.5 stars.

Receptionist/manager very helpful on our arrival. Pleasant, spacious bedroom. Magnificent view of mountains, small but pleasant pool.
The junior reception staff were NOT helpful. One of them refused us an extra hour before checkout (my wife was ill). This was then offered by the senior person we had met at checkin. Also declined to book a restaurant for us.

The location for Franschhoek was fantastic, near to the center of Franschhoek, restaurants and shopping venues and shops, wine farms and restaurants. The room was airy & great-sized with our wheelchair, reasonable prices.
